In late 2007, PCL Group went through an internal group
restructuring by reorganizing main business functions to different
entity in order to better serve its customers and to make each
subsidiary a profitable center.
Currently, the parent company of
PCL Technologies Group, registered in Cayman Islands, wholly owns
four fully functional subsidiaries worldwide.
PCL (Suzhou) Co.,
Ltd. is the manufacturing arm of optical components with trained and
experienced engineers and staffs, while the material procurement,
research and development, and finished goods trading fall upon PCL
Technologies Trading, Inc. PCL(Taiwan) is a distributor for optical
components and FTTH equipment to local telecom/CATV
